and Glen Oaks Golf Course. Some homes for sale in Goshen KY are on the Ohio
River and some houses for sale on golf course. Goshen is accessible by driving
north on US-42 through Prospect KY. If you keep going, you will see the
neighborhoods of Paramont Estates and Lesprit.
L'Sprit is a horse farm community
with homes on seven acres. If you would like a house with acerage for horses,
call Heidi Amshoff 502-777-3578. If you would like to live in a nice community
with new homes and new construction in the
Prospect area ask about living in the Hillcrest
neighborhood community near Goshen Elementary school.
From Louisville, driving up River Rd and Brownsboro Rd you will find great restaurants and shops even before you get to the Prospect shopping centers. The communities you will pass include Mockingbird Gardens, Mockingbird Valley, Indian Hills, and Brownsboro Village. These subdivisions and neighborhoods are centrally located, with convenient access to interstates and close to downtown Louisville.
In Prospect, St. Matthews, Middletown, and Goshen you will find excellent coffee shops - like Java in Prospect or Heine Brothers coffee in Chenoweth Square in St. Matthews. You will also find fabulous restaurants with terrific atmosphere in Lyndon and Anchorage. There are local hang-outs like the Willow Lake Tavern on La Grange road or Wicks Pizza in Middletown and in the Highlands and on Westport Rd near Indian Springs subdivision. click on the LOCAL FAVORITES page to see my own personal recommendations.
Louisville Map of Oxmoor Woods, Hurstbourne Country Club, Lowe Elementary
School, Hurstbourne Pkwy, Regency Woods neighborhood. Resaurants near these
neighborhoods are the Maccaroni Grill and Carrabas Italian Restaurant ( I
recommend the Chicken Marsala), Chilis and Longhorn. Not far up the street, as
you cross Shelbyville Rd, there is a shopping plaza with a Bristol Bar and
Grill, Tony Romas (great place for ribs) and a Talbots womens clothing store
(one of my mother's favorite places to shop). From this intersection, turn
towards town on Shelbyville Road and you will find two great shopping malls:
Mall St. Matthews and Oxmoor Center. These malls have stores such as Limited,
Express, Lerner New York, Dillards, Von Maur Store, Galyans, Lazarus, Lord and
Taylor, Brookstone, Sharper Image, Gap, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Eddie
Bauer, Crabtree and Evelyn, Starbucks and Yudofsky Furs. Call me for a

near Chenoweth Park, 265, Billtown Rd, Taylorsville Rd, Watterson Trail,
Chenoweth Run Rd, Six Mile Lane, Hurstbourne Lane, including the neighborhood
near Stoneybrook Theaters and Stoney Brook Plaza with the new Borders Bookstore,
Smokey Bones Bar-B-Q and Famous Daves. On this corner of J Town where
Taylorsville Rd meets Hurstbourne Parkway, there is a PNC Bank, 5/3 Bank in the
Kroger store, H.H. Greg store, Scrapbook supplies shop called the Chocolate
Scrapbook (which I personally highly recommend), BW3 sports bar and restaurant,
Buca Di Beppos (my personal recommendation for family dinners) a Target store
and Shane Company jewelers new store. Not far out Taylorsville Road from here is
a wonderful Italian restaurant called Ferd Grisantis. See the

Neighborhoods in J-town are Stone Lakes,
Watterson Woods, Hurstbourne Woods, Saratoga
Woods, Seaton Place, Seaton Springs and Seaton Woods.

Oldham Co. for its excellent public school school system and proximity to
private high schools like St. Francis of Goshen and Sacred Heart Academy and
boys high schools St. X and Trinity High School.

Subdivision, an NTS community, where River Rd meets Brownsboro Rd near the
Oldham County
and Metro Louisville county line. Houses for sale in Sutherland range in style

are for sale and some new construction houses are still being built call Heidi
Amshoff for details 777-3578. The easiest access to is via Interstate 71 north
from Louisville. For directions to Moser Farms, you can do a mapblast or
mapquest search for John Moser Rd and you'll find the subdivision on the Oldham
County line across the Metro Louisville border backing up to Glen Oaks. From
265, go out US 22 and turn left at the flashing signal on Brownsboro Rd. You'll
pass Worthington on the right.
