She will do thorough research on how to price your house to sell. And then she will create marketing pieces across various media to reach the maximum amount of potential buyers to increase the amount of showing traffic. The more showings, the better the chances of an offer. Heidi keeps in touch with her clients through out the home selling experience. Heidi is available on her cell phone 24 hrs a day for her clients whenever they have a question. Jodie Wild - Home Buyer
Specialist. Heidi, Jodie and Teresa all show houses. The benefit to you is
that one of us is always available to show you a house. We'll work with your
schedule, 7 days a week. Jodie is patient, understanding, and a hard worker. She
will do whatever she can to help you get the house you want. Heidi has sold over
150 houses! She knows how the process and will help you through each step. Jodie
answers the Yard Sign Info Line so that when a buyer wants to see one of our
listings - they can see it as soon as we can get there!

Vicki Yates - Client Care Coordinator. Vicki makes sure all the gears are turning in this real estate machine. She schedules showings, responds to email questions, makes sure all the paperwork is in order for closings, maintains the online listing information, and gives feedback to our seller clients after agents show their houses. Vicki prints brochures for the team's listings, and assists Heidi in placing advertisements for the listings in local publications, on television, and online on seven different websites where we advertise our listings. Vicki answers the showing appointment line when other agents call so show Heidi's listings. Vicki contacts clients to line up all the details of the closing after their house is under contract. Earl Weikel - Vice President of Marketing. Earl assists Heidi in marketing your home to thousands of potential buyers through the Internet's World Wide Web and various print media, including newspapers, the Louisville MLS, signage, direct mail, and things far too clever to reveal here. :o)

Why 51 dollars? In memory of Heidi's dad, who painfully started his fight with cancer at age 49. He was 51 when he died.
