WHO IS HEIDI FORE

Who is Heidi Fore? Heidi Fore is a financial and business coach dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. She hosts the “Paths To Fortune” podcast, and teaches classes on real estate investing online and in person.

With over 22 years of experience as a real estate agent in Kentucky and Indiana, Heidi specializes in helping people build wealth by purchasing and managing rental properties.

Together, with her business partner Kristin, Heidi leads the River Valley Group, a Keller Williams team serving Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Ten percent of the team's profits are donated to Choose Live and Lead Inc, a charity Heidi founded to support education for children living in group and foster homes.

She is a seasoned real estate investor who has inspired countless audiences, including her appearances on stage with Gary Keller, Jason Abrams, and Jay Papasan. You may have seen her on HGTV’s House Hunters, attended one of her online courses, or read about her in Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” or Business First’s “40 Under 40.”

My amazing coach, Heidi Fore, was on stage today and shared with us how she bought 61 investment properties in 61 months. That’s pretty badass.

I still remember my very first coaching call with her 18 months ago, and she asked me what my goals were and at that time I thought I was in love with my dream car and planned to get it within the next few years.

She said “Hmmm, so tell me about your passive income”. She probably thought I hung up because there was a long silence. 18 months ago I had ZERO passive income. She redirected my focus quickly.

Since then we have bought 7 properties and now have $12,400 in passive income a MONTH, and that’s not including the amount of equity we have gained during that time. I have now fallen in love with the investing side of real estate, and I’m just getting started.
